Callebaut W2NV 28% "Select" White Chocolate Easymelt Chips (Callets) (1 x 500g)

I love callebaut!!!!! If your like me, an amateur Baker and crafty you may have reached a point when you actively avoid chocolate work as good quality chocolate is sooooo expensive. One recipe needed 500g of chocolate at £5 per 100g that's £25 just for the chocolate!!!!! Then I went on a chocolate making class in Belgium and they had these sacks of callebaut chocolate that they used, so I Googled it and discovered this stuff!!!!The quality is up there as great chocolate and the price is amazing!!!!!!I now have Kgs of chocolate which I personally keep in my fridge as I have the space, I always have a 2.5kg bag of dark (52.6%), milk and white in my fridge.The bags do come in smaller sizes but the big ones are resealable. When I started a friend and I would half half a big bag till we found the right ones for us.

These worked great. However I used these for the first time to make ganache for a wedding cake. I've never had problems before but my ganache separated and I had to mix in warm skimmed milk due to the excess amount of fat which I can only attribute to using a different chocolate than normal.Otherwise it was great not having to break apart hoards of white chocolate bars. Much easier in chips!

All their cooking chocolate is at the top of the game, make sure the seller is careful, when purchasing chocolate in extremely warm weather. Tastes like chocolate!

Great always buy this on a regular basis,except this time the delivery driver left it on my doorstep in 30 degree heat and it was one big block and had obviously bloomed as well,so returning unfortunately,have reordered though

I have bought these before and they are absolutely great for making chocolates, and also for chocolate sauce which is lovely over ice cream. They melt very easily and don't end up lumpy - really good quality. I'm ashamed to say I am not above putting my hand in the bag and taking a handful out and just eating them - they taste gorgeous!!!!!!

It has great flavour and the packaging is wonderful, the re-sealable packaging is fantastic but for 2.5kg of which chocolate this is rather expensive, my only complaint.

This is the second bag of these I have bought .the first was chocolate chips but the new bag is buttons . Not that it really matters as they are really good for all baking as well as eating straight from the bag. Good tasty white chocolate for baking is so hard to find so I will deffinetly be buying more in the future.
