Great computer with an excellent price. I made comparison of similar computer at other sites such as Bestbuy.com, HP.com and other computer seller sites. It was extremely hard to find a similar computer at this price. This computer was very easy to set up and so far it has been a great pleasure to use it for my home office. 32 RAM and 1 TB hard drive gave me plenty of storage and I was able to open multiple windows at ease. Excellent computer in overall and very easy to work with.

It's a good laptop, overlooking the fact that they clearly don't specify that it's a refurbished product. It arrived in perfect condition, in its original box with everything, and it works relatively well. The only problem perhaps is the battery, which lasts approximately 5-6 hours, but for me it's enough. Good for light gaming and for work.

Wonderful computer. It was bought for a 94-year-old senior who wanted to play Mahjong. Her original 20-year-old laptop with Vista operating service finally died. It could no longer access the internet. Probably a good thing. The only hangup at first was having to enter a pin in order to log in. We fixed that situation and she no longer needs to enter a pin, just hit enter. That has more to do with Microsoft Window 11. The computer has good graphics, is slim. Over all has just a good look. The apps work fine on it. There is more power than she needs, but who knows who will inherit it.

Attention. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS SELLER.I bought a DEFECTIVE laptop, WITHOUT FACTORY WARRANTY, and when I returned it to the seller, they charged me a $153.00 restocking fee.I bought an HP laptop, it came in a plain cardboard box, NOT THE ORIGINAL HP BOX. After installing and using it for 10 days, I noticed the microphone wasn't working. I contacted HP support. Upon inspecting the computer, they told me that the computer had its memory and hard drive altered using non-HP parts and therefore the WARRANTY WAS CANCELED. Since the computer didn't work and had no warranty, I decided to return it. I received a partial refund; they charged me $153 restocking fee claiming the computer had been used and packaged in a plain box and that they would sell the computer at a discount because of this. This is unacceptable!!!! They said they would have to sell the computer at a discount? THE COMPUTER IS DEFECTIVE AND HAS NO HP WARRANTY, how is it possible they still want to resell the computer? I tried to resolve this with Amazon, 6 times the seller's response was always negative. In the end, Amazon gave me a gift card for the amount of the restocking fee. I thank Amazon very much for that. Be careful with this seller!

I bought this computer for my wife. Compared to my computer, has twice the RAM, same number of cores in the processor, same hard drive space, same screen size. Mine I had custom built by HP in 2020. This computer cost ½ what my custom built one cost. This computer is a great buy for cost, quality, functionality, capacity, speed, processor, RAM, hard drive. I highly recommend this computer.Turning of Windows 11 S-Mode is even easier now than mentioned above. You first have to go through setup when you turn the computer on. But once you are out of setup, go to the search box and type "activation", that will take you to the system setting for activation. There is a button for S-Mode. It asks you to go the Microsoft store. Another window opens with the "Get" button. Once you click Get, it permanently turns off S-Mode.

The laptop is good, didn't have any challenges setting it up. Good product for the price

Computer operates well. No issues other than Windows 11 and all the BS that microsoft tries to push.

Great laptop ; however the Alpacatec accessories advertised were not included. Additionally Amazon.s text based customer service automatically defaults to an “I’m Ok with this order” type of answer. You can’t submit other than the default response!!!!
