Works as described
Arrived next day my orthopedic doctor prescribed a graphite slate insole for my recovery for breaking my foot $80 this saved me so much money and it works great keeps my shoe from bending and supports my foot also not too thick fits right inside my shoe very comfortable and relieves me of foot pain.

Great for turning skate shoes into MTB shoes!
I like these a lot and they work amazing with the shoes I use them in. The only issue i have is that they do fatigue my feet when walking. That said they're easy to slip off and I really only use them when mountain biking. For that purpose they're awesome. They give my shoes a nice stuff bottom that the shoes lack on their own. They also help make the not so grippy rubber of the shoe lay flatter on my bike pedals so I get max grip. For the reason I bought them they are awesome! For walking, these are a bit of a pain. 4 stars for me, but you might like or need the stiffer sole.

Great value. Good product!
Just got these and very happy with the quality. I am now able to remove the boot and wear normal shoes. Fits great - very accurate sizing description. I measured in CM. Provides necessary foot support and stability. The rubber insoles are bit thick on the back side, but still comfortable. Great value too, considering quality and price.

Good for riding in barefoot shoes
These are great for riding bikes in barefoot shoes. I have logged many rides at home and just did a 5 day trip riding bicycles and walking around town with the inserts and they were great! Prevented the numbness that I get from barefoot shoes on flat pedals. They are easy to shape, so go a size up. Put a sheet of sandpaper on the garage floor, tape the soles together with painters tape and drag them across the sand paper.

These did not provide the relief I was seeking
Theyโre stiff, and reasonably cheap. The problem is that theyโre completely flat and take up too much space in the shoe. I found it when I added back in my insole, there was not enough room for my foot in the shoe and a compromise my arch support.

Helps toe fractures to heal
Podiatrist recommended to help stable my foot to help fractured toe bones heal. Worked. Ordered again to put in all my joggers.

Didn't work for me
Bought these when I broke my big toe. I had been in the boot for a while and wanted to wear my tennis shoe. Had a friend that had the same problem and he thought these were great. They were too thick so I was still wasn't able to wear the shoe.

Der Extra Schub !!!
Super Carboneinlagen geben der Jogging Runde noch mal ein Extraschub habe ich jetzt ausgiebig getestet, aber nicht fรผr jede Alltagssituation geeignet. Wenn man Probleme mit den Gelenken hat. Aber sonst ein super Produkt.

Solid, true to size
Super fast delivery. I got a size 9 as itโs my shoe size but if your shoe is tight Iโd recommend sizing down as the plate is solid and thankfully my shoe had some give to get it in. I have put my own insert on top. Yet to try as I am still in a moonboot.
