Stays on little ones feet
I've had these a couple months now for my 6 to 9 month old. Looks great, feels great and I don't worry about them falling off of her feet. Even when she plays with them on her feet. Super soft. Also I can resale no problem. They hold up well

True to size
Well I ordered the pair with the birds painted on it, there are no birds, which is fine lol. Also everyone says that these run small. They do not run small. True moccasins are supposed to fit like socks. Not like sneakers or boots. Sure if you have a growing baby then order a size up, i did bc we had these for my first daughter and she was able to wear them for almost 2 years. Otherwise product is great. One of my favorite brands for sure.

Wonderful, but do get damaged and need repair.
I love these soft-sole moccasins, so much so that I bought a larger pair after my child outgrew the first. These moccasins are cute and really easy to get on and off. They have an elastic band around the top that keeps the shoes on securely without being tight.I did try other styles of minnetonka mocs for toddlers before finding this style. I didn't have luck with other styles, but the Rylie style is wonderful. With that said, they are not without problems. The seam around the outside runs directly where it will get the most wear and tear and it WILL wear out. I repaired my first pair of moccasins many times before they were outgrown, and I've repaired the pair we are currently using. I first used regular sewing thread, but it will only last a few days before you will need to resew them. Instead, I suggest using a waxed leather thread or waxed dental floss.I belive the the holes could be avoided if minnetonka switched to using a wax thread to stitch the shoes.. But I think it would gum up their machines, so they don't. I wish Minnetonka would rethink where the seamline is and redesign a similar style. In the pictures I've included, you can see where they develop holes. The grey pair has been mended - look for the ugly black thread. The holes developed for us after a month or two of daily use. If you don't want to repair them, you will need toA. Limit the useB. Repurchase after damageOrC. Look. For a style with the stitching on th top of th shoe instead of a the toe line.
