Mines finally came.It was marked as lost and then was delivered the next l'm very happy with my Purchase, looking to get some more items. Specially the Expand battery

Arrived damaged. It’s clear from the side it has been scuffed and an attempt made to clean it. I paid for a brand new item and what arrived looks like a return item.

Bought this in the Black Friday sales for use in my campervan. Because it was November I fully charged it and it sat in the box until February. I used it once and put the unit back on charge. While charging the unit made a loud bang and started to smoke. No problem, I thought, it has a 3 year warranty. Yes this was just the beginning of the issues. Firstly, customer services offered to replace it with a new one. They then realised they had no spare units in the warehouse, so they offered to fix my unit and they would send a courier to pick it up. Some weeks went by and I contacted them again, only to be told they had an issue with their couriers and they were in the process of recruiting new ones. They would prioritise my collection as soon as they could and would I like a picnic blanket as compensation for everything taking so long? I told them what they could do with their picnic blanket, but I would wait, these things happen. I finally get a collection date of 26th March - two months after the initial contact. I was told I was a priority and I would receive my fixed and tested unit back within a month. So I waited until the month was nearly up and contacted customer services again to make sure they were on track to deliver my power station back to me as promised. However the courier that they recruited hadn't delivered it to them and they didn't know where it was. Because this had been going on for virtually 3 months I decided to ask for a refund. They agreed to this but wanted to calculate the refund based on the remaining warranty. I used it once. It blew up when charging for only the second time. I don't think I've had to deal with a company that cares less about it's customers. The customer service team, for the most part, tried to be as helpful as they could but the management team obviously has no idea how to deal with customers. It's a lot of money to spend and you would think EcoFlow valued their customers, but the reality is they don't. Will never buy another EcoFlow product again. I bought the Jackery instead.

ottimo e veloce

la utilizo para dar corriente a cosas esenciales de la casa (alumbrado, nevera, pequeños electrodomesticos) cuando se va la luz, algo frecuente en mi zona y cumple perfectamente aguanta la vitro sin problema aunque la carga se vacia mas rapido dando un uso sensato dura bastante tiempo la carga puedes conectarla al wifi y controlarla en remoto con la app esencial
