I don’t usually write reviews, but this one deserves it!!! I have to admit that I was very skeptical buying this even after doing my homework and reading up on reviews. But my ear was so clogged that I had vertigo. I really couldn’t hear hardly anything. I tried a kit with eardrops and a syringe bulb and it did nothing. I tried cleaning my ear with an ear camera, but it just didn’t work. I was going crazy and was going to go to urgent care. I saw this ad on TikTok that showed a headphone set that actually was an ear cleaner. So I decided to do my research on electric ear cleaning devices. I came across yours and after reading upon it, and looking at all the reviews, I decided to buy it.. I used ear wax drops in my ear for 30 minutes prior to use.(2nd day in a row for the drops) I tried using it and I didn’t see anything working so I decided to move it around. It worked just a little bit better. I saw a review where a gentleman said he used a second tip on top of the first one. I decided to try that and some maneuvering the angles, and after four tanks of water on the strong setting, I can finally hear.!!!! I have been having trouble hearing for at least over a year and half, but this was severe this time. I was convinced I had a hard ball blocking, but between the eardrops and this machine, I can finally hear.! This is been a life changer for me! I will continue to use this prevent any further buildup in the future.! Extremely happy with this product thank you!❤️

This thing is awesome!! I was skeptical at first but after using it it’s almost just like going to get it done professionally. The water pressure on the strongest level is perfect for getting everything out. It’s super easy to use and the cleaning device itself is super lightweight. Only thing I wish was more clear in the post is that it’s recommended to get earwax softening drops before using the device. I didn’t bother going all the way to get drops so I just warmed up distilled water, which it comes with a temperature sticker also so you can make sure it’s not too hot or too cold and put it in the machine. It doesn’t hurt at all and fits very comfortably to the side of your head and in your ear. I love that there’s virtually no mess too. I do wish the water tank was bigger but overall this thing works so well I can hear the carpet fibers when I walk around. It comes with three tips, two with one hole and one with 3, I just used the one with a single hole. It is wireless but comes with a charging chord, just a regular USBC not sure how long the battery life is yet because I haven’t used it that long but it works while on the charger anyways. This thing will save a lot of money in the long run than having to go every 6 months to a year to get your ears cleaned.

Had a ear that's been clogged for over a week I got the thing and I've used it only if it's soft and then normal settings cleared it out and wow you need to be careful with it it's caused my balance to freak out I had to sit down for like 5 minutes just to let my body stabilize but I can say for sure it works 5 out of five just use with caution

Works well, first time use, I felt a little unbalanced due to reasons I couldn’t explain but by the third use I feel normal and it’s working great, I don’t use Q-tips anymore, that in itself is amazing and makes the unit worth every penny spent.
