I purchased this pure black Sycoodeal chair mat to protect my hardwood floors from being scratched by my heavy office chair wheels. The 48"x36" size fits perfectly under my desk area, providing plenty of coverage for rolling back and forth throughout the workday. Pros: Affordable mat, easily stuck to floor (vinyl), and delivered smooth rolling surface for my desk chair. Cons: constantly sheds black fuzz even though it’s a seemingly low carpet. The wheels must catch every fiber. And it leaves big black pieces of fuzz constantly gathering around the room. Unknown: I don’t notice any smell, the mat came folded but creasing doesn’t seem to be an issue, long term durability is probably not high. I HOPE that the adhesive doesn’t leave residue on the flooring but I won’t know that until I’m ready to replace it.

I bought this in November of 2025 and it's...fine. It works as intended. Vaccuuming is a chore and hardly works, espcially if you have furry animals that shed a lot. This carpet as gone from a black to more of a gray as a result because not all of the dirt, grime and fur get off of it. It's also starting to come up in places (has since day one, but continues to get worse) as you can't keep the bottom side truly clean. It's adhesive so it will come up as dirt and things get under and stick to the underside. One side of my rug I have to be careful when vaccuuming as it will come up because of all the dirt stuck to the underside. This product is more of a temporary solution until you get something more permanent. I'll defintely be going back to square one and just have a hardwood floor when I rearrange my office area

Great Chair Mat I really like this chair mat. It’s a good size, looks clean and simple, and works well on my hardwood floor. My office chair rolls smoothly on it, and the mat stays in place without sliding around. It’s also easy to clean. Overall, great quality for the price and exactly what I needed.

Does the job but needs a bit of effort to keep clean. It protects the floor well and stays in place, but dust and dirt stick to it so I have to go over it with a heavy duty broom. Chair rolls fine and the size is good, just not the easiest to maintain.

Not Good Quality product. this mat cut quickly. Not worth it. Thickness also not good. It is not value for money.
