Lovely jug
Lovely jug, I bought it for myself and am very pleased with it. I agree with a previous reviewer tho, really nice box which if for a gift was spoilt a bit by the labels stuck directly to it but I understand allowances need to be made for packaging reduction and costs, it would not stop me buying another as a gift sometime

Lovely design - disappointing support from seller!
Disappointed! Really like the colour and design but sadly glaze was coming off from the inside in to the water. Initial good support from managing director of selling company and then dismissed so having to return without any replacement offer of further support - a real shame as want to support British business but let down by attitude.

Bottom gets wet, lovely jug though.
Lovely jug, but unfortunately, water is leaking from the bottom; the base gets completely wet when the jug is filled. There is no visible hole, but the entire bottom feels very wet. Contacted the company, answer within’ the day and they solved the problem immediately. Lovely service, must have!
