Very effective.

This band is great! So soft and the only one I could find that’s not too tall, so I can wear it while sitting without it digging into my hips/thighs. Love that the Velcro can be fastened anywhere on the belt, giving lots of size flexibility. Only downfall is if you don’t use the belly button pad, the edge of the Velcro against your belly is a bit scratchy. I put a tissue over it and that did the trick. I just started my third trimester of pregnancy and was shocked that I couldn’t find a SINGLE pregnancy umbilical hernia belt. This one barely fits in size large, but I wish they made XL in case I outgrow this one. They’d make a killing marketing it for pregnant people since there’s zero competition!

I found this support to be high-quality and just the right width. For a normal sized person, it would be great and is easy to put in place. However, as a plus-sized lady, and even though I ordered the largest size, it did not fit; I altered it by adding stretchy fabric in the middle and it is working well for me.

It's softer than other belts with a removable patch. Another belt only came in dark colors and I prefer the more natural for me. No problem with wearing it all day.
