Tastes delicious, easy to take, good for pre workout
Taking vitamins every day has been overall a difficult chore for me as with many people. These tablets have been a game changer for me, all you need to do is add them to some water let them dissolve and then you have a delicious tasting drink that delivers all of your vitamins without having to choke down some pills. I can feel the difference before and after a workout and also start my days with one tablet. Definitely recommend.
