Can these be thrown in the dishwasher?

The packaging does not mention it is dishwasher safe.

What is the best way to clean these? Can you put them in the washing machine?

I would think putting them in the sink and washing with soap and water. I never thought of trying the washing machine.

Do these pieces stick to the tub walls too? Or just tile?

Yes they will as long as the wall is tile or fiberglass.
