I was looking for healthy snacks and it sounds like these are great for you, while they taste ok, there are more vitamins and minerals in a bag of welches fruit snacks than these things.

Pretty nice ingredient list for a snack
This Himalayan Chef Superfood Veggie Crisp is definitely in the odd snack category for me. Each crisp is shaped like a little tree or broccoli. The crisps have the freeze-dried texture and remind me of the freeze-dried candy I've tried. They are crisp and taste a bit sweet, but from the ingredient list, I assume that comes from the sweetness maltodextrin, yam, sweet potatoes, carrots and maybe some from the barley or rice and other vegetables. There is only 1.5g of added sugars in a serving and the bag is a single serving. It's a mix of a lot of vegetables. It isn't unpleasant and if you want a healthy crisp low fat snack, this might be just the thing for you or just the kind of thing you would like your kids to have. It's expensive for a single pack, but half the price for a 10 pack and not outrageous if you are really looking for this kind of thing. It's certainly better than sugary or salty snacks most people eat and give their kids.

DEF NOT WORTH THE PRICE
NOT worth the price. Very small package, only one ounce for over $8.00. I thought it was for more than one package. BIG disappointment.

Sweet coconut and veggie flavor, contains maltodextrin and coconut milk
I have had plain freeze dried broccoli before and loved it, so I decided to give these Himalayan Chef Superfood Veggie Crisps a try. Unfortunately, I find these really strange and unpleasant. They look kinda like pet treats. Putting the unappetizing appearance aside, I hoped they'd taste better. They have a nice crunch and melt in the mouth, but the bad part is when the flavor hits. It's surprisingly sweet and has notes of coconut mixed with veggie. I like fruit and veggie smoothies but this particular mix just isn't something that tastes good to me -- probably because of the added coconut milk which I didn't see mentioned before ordering. I also see that it has maltodextrin added, which is an ingredient I try to avoid because it can spike blood sugar. I won't be finishing my veggies this time, and I can't recommend these.

Surprising good!
I'm always on the lookout for healthier snack options, so these Super Greens snacks looked interesting. I didn't know what to expect when I opened the bag. The snack crisps are green, sort of broccoli shaped and quite thick. They almost reminded me of pet treats. I popped one in my mouth and was pleasantly surprised. I honestly love the taste. It tastes like vegetables for sure but there's just a bit of sweetness. I've had sweet potato snacks before and I think that's what they remind me of. There are so many different vegetables in these that it's difficult to define the taste. If you love vegetables, you might like these. They're not at all salty. The sodium content is very low. They are crunchy but not hard. I'd say the texture is a little bit like a cheese puff but much more dense. The bag is a single serving size and only has 117 calories. I actually felt full after finishing the bag, so it's a very satisfying snack. If you want a healthier snack option and love vegetables, I'd recommend trying a bag. As with anything else, not everyone will love these.

Mosty crumbs
This is my first experience with freeze-dried food for humans. Most of the contents of the package are crumbs, the whole pieces are shaped like broccoli. 1.06 ounces of product is as little as you think, and is exactly one serving. Freeze dried food is thought to retain much of its nutritional value. This Himalayan Chef Superfood Veggie Crisps has an impressive list of ingredients, fifteen vegetables are listed. The bag states that the crisps will soften and lose flavor when exposed to air. The bag also states that characteristics of the crisps, such as sweetness, may vary depending on the harvest. I didn't find the taste to be very good. The crisps are crunchy, a little sweet and taste like vegetables. The texture is different, not like a chip or a cracker. I like vegetables, I just don't like them in this form. Since freeze-dried food is lightweight and shelf-stable, these crisps may be good for hiking or space travel. I don't know who the target audience is for this snack.
