First of all, I love the name; provides a nice sense of humor. The medicated powder relieves irritation in the "appropriate places". A smaller sized bottle would be perfect as a travel powder. The cream has proven to be a quick relief to aches and pains; it is even used before walking & riding m bike.

I bought this for use when I travel to the theme parks in Florida. This powder has been a life saver with its ability to absorb sweat during the humidity and heat, and reduce rubbing and friction rashes. Its easy to apply, just dispense in hand and rub on desired skin areas. I think it works very well and I believe I have certainly gotten my money worth.

Love this stuff!!!! Keeps your nether regions feeling fresh, cool and most importantly DRY. The cream works great and does as it’s says, dries into a powder with no mess. If you work outside and deal with swamp arse and a sweaty crotch, but this stuff.
