I'm not going to knock this thing at all. From where I'm standing, it's luxury at a fraction of the price. Just slap it on your phone when it's dead and let it top off? YES PLEASE. And did I mention it also works with Android? Granted, you'll need a MagSafe case for your Android phone. I've got a Z Fold 7 and it works perfectly with it. I don't have hard numbers, but here are the basics. You charge it via USB-C, and you've got options: charge your phone through that same USB-C port, or stick it to the back of your phone and let it charge wirelessly. The only thing I'm still a little confused about is whether you need to turn it on before slapping it on. Sometimes I put it on and it automatically kicks in and charges, and other times it just doesn't. A little inconsistent there. It's also super versatile. I even use it to power the cooling fan on my ZV-E1 in the studio. Battery life is decent, charging speed is okay, and the magnetic connection is pretty strong. It has slid off my phone in my pocket on occasion, but it's no big deal. I just keep it next to me while it's charging rather than in my pocket, which also helps because it does tend to get a little warm if you don't give it proper ventilation. So, 5 stars. It's affordable, genuinely versatile, and dead simple to use. A couple of small quirks with the activation and the heat, but nothing that would stop me from recommending it.

Lisen never disappoints. This is a nice size and the option of the cord or the mag for charging is nice. I use the cord, because it is faster and probably more efficient. Mag works great also but lose some energy from the heat. It has USB-C connection, so if you have an older phone that doesn't have the connector the mag works great.

This is a convenient product for a combined charger and power bank. Mind you that his is not a large power bank, but it is enough to charge a phone once and perhaps some more. Also, additional USB-C port allows pass thru charge as well. It is not a really high wattage charger, but most smartphone would be okay with it. I tried with my MacBook air while I am using it, and this only supplies marginal charging but loosing battery percentage gradually. However, power off, I believe this will charge the Mac Book as well. One thing I wish LISEN will change is that the tie is too short to wrap the cords to the charger. It is very inconvenient to have only the cord tied, so I change the tie to the cord to the charger together. Overall, this is not a high power charger, and it is not a large power bank, but useful for a certain application. Just have to be a little patient.

Only two pros with this battery pack in my experience is the size and it being MagSafe. Cons: —Battery doesn’t last as long as other 10000mAh power banks I have. Makes me wonder if it really is that capacity. One charge of my phone to 95% brings the pack down to 20%. —If Apple Watch moves just a little it stops charging. I tried removing my band altogether and even with that it stopped charging after a few minutes. — It runs hot while charging and takes longer than three hours to reach 95% charger from <20%. —My partners phone notifies him of “Slow charger”. Mine doesn’t do this and it is pretty disappointing how the two power banks differ when they are supposed to be the same product. I am going to return this product. ----------Updated review 2026----------- Update: Lisen Global Customer Service reached out to me about my review. They offered to send a replacement “updated” version of the product. I accepted and hoped for better results. They consistently reached out trying to improve my experience regarding their products. Definite 5 stars for Customer service. Short version: I still find this device useful for its size and charging capabilities after I have learned to adapt to it’s short-comings. For the price, I would buy and use again if I needed. The only downside now is the slow wireless charging and the need to have a stand component in some situations. Longer version: Although I think the replacement I received is the same version since it’s manufacture date was May 2025, I found little improvement on the wireless charging. The apple watch charging spot, I noticed a difference, which has led me to believe that the previous power bank was defective in this aspect. My watch will charge to full on this device. After some clarification, the wireless charging is only 7.5W, which I have figured out is the reason I get the “Slow charger” notification on my iPhones (13 and 17 pro). So, I adapted to only use it as a wired charger with those devices. The power bank has enough juice for two full charges and just a little extra WIRED. When used WIRELESS, it WILL drain the power bank battery down to low 30 percentile after one 85% iPhone charge and sometimes both devices heat up during usage. The battery setting on my phone is limited to 95% although somehow this charger passes it to 100%.

It’s slim, light, very comfortable to hold with your iPhone and I find it charges faster or certainly as fast as any Anker battery pack I’ve used. The size and light weight of the Lisen have made it my favorite. It doesn’t get any hotter than Anker, possibly less hot, and it’s remarkably inexpensive. Buy one now!

It's probably what you expected but it wouldn't charge my airpods with a case (wirelessly) 10,000 could roughly get your phone from 0 to 100 twice before it runs out. It takes a little longer for it to charge compared to a standard charger but it isn't too bad. I got it to go out and have an extra battery for my phone while playing pokemon go, it does get fairly hot however. It's light weight enough and fits in my pocket with my wallet in there too (with guy pants.) Only real complaint is the charger that sticks out and gets annoying when holding it

Love the thin/small form factor but had a number of issues with it. Wireless charging is very slow (3-4 watts) and gets hot very quickly. Stops charging after about 10 minutes. I'm guessing from the heat. Wired charging speed is 12-13 watts. When charging wirelessly, it only provides about 1300mah of charge to the phone. Way short of the advertised 5000 mah. When using cable to charge, it delivers 2000mah. Still less than 1/2 of the advertised capacity. Can only charge my Fold 7 30-45% (depending if wireless or wired) before it runs out of juice. Also it seems to prefer wireless over wired. If I plug in to charge then attach the unit via magsafe to the back of the phone, it'll switch over to wireless charging rather than stay on the much faster wired charging. (this is not the phone as with other wireless charging bricks, the phone will continue to charge via wired when you attach via magsafe). So there's no way to use the faster wired charging but at the same time have the battery attach via magsafe to the back of the phone for easy carrying. Overall disappointed and will be returning it.

This would easily be five stars. I'm only knocking a star off because they lied about the capacity. In the description and in the title. They say it's a 5000 mAh capacity, but the 5000 mAh is the "battery energy". The actual rated capacity is 3000 at least according to what's printed on the back. Other than that it's great. It doesn't get too hot If you're not overusing your phone, it charges pretty quick and it's very slim and comfortable in your hand. Would easily be five stars if I didn't catch that capacity detail.

I ordered the LISEN Ultra Slim MagSafe Power Bank (5000mAh, Qi2 15W) mainly as a backup charger for when I’m out and about and my phone battery starts dropping. I’ve been using it with my Samsung S25 Ultra and it actually works great. Even though it’s marketed for iPhone MagSafe, it attaches securely with a magnetic case and charges wirelessly without any issues. It’s thin and very light, which is exactly what I wanted. It doesn’t turn your phone into a heavy brick like some larger power banks do. The rated capacity is 3000mAh, so it’s not going to fully charge a big phone like the S25 Ultra from empty, but that’s not what I bought it for. It’s perfect for giving your phone a boost when you’re low on charge — enough to get you through the rest of the day or until you get home. Charging speed is decent at 15W wireless, and it doesn’t seem to overheat. It slips easily into a pocket or small bag, and because it’s so slim I barely notice it when it’s attached to the back of the phone. Overall, a really handy little power bank. Lightweight, portable, and ideal for topping up when you’re running low. For what I needed it for, it’s been spot on.

Muy contento con esta power bank, la cual ya estuve probando porque un amigo mio ya la tenia. La verdad que es muy bonita esteticamente, suave al tacto,super ligera y delgada. Leds brillantes que te indican si cargas, si descargas, etc. Puerto USB-C. entrada/salida. En unas 3 horas esta completamente cargada y no se calienta demasiado. Funciona perfectamente el Magsafe. Y bueno, su capacidad da para lo que da. Resumiendo, una power bank muy muy correcta, la recomiendo. Gracias.
