Mini Electric Instant Water Heater, 3500W Household Thermostatic With Shower, Temperature Display, Suitable for Bathroom and Kitchen

I followed the installation instructions carefully, but the moment I turned this electric water heater on. it became a serious hazard. Within seconds the unit overheated so badly that smoke started coming out of the shower head, and the plastic parts actually began to melt. The burning smell was alarming, and I had to shut everything off immediately This product is unsafe and should not be on the market. A water heater should never overheat to the point of smoking and melting components. I'm extremely disappointed and concerned about what could have happened if I hadn't been right there to turn it off I absolutely do not recommend this product. For your safety, look elsewhere.

Potentially lethal and dangerous to your home, a three prong plug on something this high a wattage is wildly out of code.... Buuuuuut I was out of hot water for three weeks while British Gas got their ducks in a row and this did the job. 1. Keep the temperature low 2. Pay close attention to the circuit it's on, if you have a plug socket with two power feeds on a 30A circuit it's going to work just fine, so look at your breaker and do some maths. 3. The 13A fuse will blow if you turn the temperature up.. so don't under any circumstances put a not at all to code 30A fuse wire in there instead because then it'll just work perfectly and your walls if they don't catch fire will get a little toasty... That said... This might have been what I did and nothing happened other than I had hot water in my kitchen while I waited for a new boiler. 4. It has the wrong damn plug on it. Should be a high voltage plug, like the kind you plug your electric car into - but nobody has those in their kitchen. So in summary, probably illegally dangerous, don't use it under any circumstances. 4 stars worked pretty well for me.

No massively powerful, but does the job for a small bathroom

Not very good customer service, unit dose not work,unless you just want to take the chill off the water,then blows a fuse. Seller told me it should have a 16am fuse, but plug already fitted with 13amp. By the time I got answers it was to late to get a refund. I guess you can make your own choices.

Just don’t work

I received this mini electric portable water heater as I needed a compact and quick solution for heating water in our garden.Since we don't have a central water supply and didn't want to install bulky boilers we were looking for an alternative solution. I was drawn to the fact that this device operates from a fixed electrical network, has a power of 3500 W and is equipped with a thermostat, a temperature display and even a shower head. Installation took about 40 minutes thanks to the built-in mounting and template. From the instructions I was able to fix it above the sink. My husband connected it to a standard socket using the RCD cable included in the kit. And I organised the water supply through a 1/2 inch flexible hose. Upon the first activation the system automatically started calibration after 15 seconds a ready indicator lit up on the display and I was able to check its operation in 3 modes. The 1st mode was very suitable for washing dishes with low consumption, the 2nd a good pleasant temperature for washing and the 3rd for a short shower. The shower head is included and is not inferior in quality to ordinary lightweight shower heads. I was especially pleased that there is no need to wait for the water to heat up very quickly. It happened a couple of times for this not to work properly and we couldnt get not even warm water which was strange because on other occasions, the device didnt have any issues. Overall, even though it is practical, I have mixed feelings about the functionality of it.
