I've been using Dame for about 4 years now and can't imagine using any other brand. All of the products i've tried by them have been good quality and great to to know they're both sustainable and free from nasty chemicals!

I ordered these as they were 100% organic cotton, they have way surpassed all expectations, my period pains basically disappeared after using this for one month, my flow has even gotten lighter. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love DAME tampons. I love how easy it is to order them, and how good the applicator is. I’m much happier knowing they’re organic products as well. I will never go back to normal shop bought tampons. Thanks Dame for such brilliant products.

I have been using Dame tampons for the past few years and honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. It's so hard to find affordable organic tampons and these do the job, safe for your body and great for nighttime.

I started using these instead of Tampax Super Plus to avoid all the toxins that come with them. Pros of DAME: - Toxin free. - Come in little wrappers that done rustle when you pick them up, so they’re handy to be able to put in your bag or pocket and be discreet. Cons of DAME: - Nowhere near as absorbent as Tampax super plus. I have a heavy flow so on my heaviest day, I’m having to change hourly, instead of every few hours with Tampax SP. - When I first started using these, the applicator you can buy didn’t fit these ones as they’re too big, not sure if they’ve fixed that yet, but that was disappointing - not sure why they wouldn’t make them for the heavy flow versions, as an applicator would be needed most if you’re a heavy flow gal. I will continue using them because I want to avoid the toxins, but they could definitely be better and have a few areas for improvement.
