I read in some reviews that the fingerprint sensor doesn't work quickly, but that's not true. It recognizes and unlocks in less than a second.The lock itself is fantastic, but what impressed me even more was the installation team. All the competitors charge at least AED 1,000 more! So I got suspicious. Then I saw there is a 3 years warranty if I call for it to be installed. So I bought and call. The installation was free!I have been using it for 2 months now. one word: Fantastic. The installation was perfect. Very good product! Thumb print/ code/ internet/ etc via the app. Exactly what I needed. No point spending more.

My experience buying this lock, to service from the installation team to installation appointment and installing the lock is flawless. The service department answered my calls on the weekend and gave me a next business day appointment. The installation were extremely knowledgeable and professional. It took them around 2 hours to professionally get install the lock. There’s no way anyone can install by themselves. It needs a lot of tools, drilling and adjusting. These know exactly what they were doing, extremely impressed by them. The service people making the appointment and coordinating with me and the installation team are just above amazing. Overall the best, fastest experience I’ve had.Now for the features the lock has, it has remote WiFi, cards access, finger access, code access, guest access and other features. It covers everything. This is my fourth lock, the others were different brands that were good but the this one is definitely the best.Hands down best smart lock for the money anywhere 👍
