Great for Clogged Ducts
My newborn had a clogged tear duct. After using this product as directed his tear duct reopened within two weeks. Very happy with this purchase.

Works well, my baby is not crazy about it.
She is so little, I might as well just use my finger to massage her tear ducts. I thought this would be good to avoid accidentally scratching her, or accidentally poking her in the eye, but she is so little, it’s better to use my finger at this time. However, the product itself is cool and the concept is great. I am hoping to be able to get better use if needed as she grows and will hold still a little easier.

Hygienic method for dealing with blocked tear ducts
I wish this product had been on the market when my younger son was a baby. He had an almost constantly blocked tear duct, and it wasn't always easy to massage the affected area using my fingertip. I saw this item during a late night browsing session on Amazon, and I decided to purchase it for a family member whose baby will be arriving shortly.This product is made of soft silicone material, and it fit well on both my and my husband's index fingers. There was no issue with putting it on or removing it -- it easily slides on and off. It is easy to rinse clean, and comes with a hard plastic case for storage when not in use. I definitely think this massager is a more hygienic method than using a bare finger.Both the massager and case were well made and in good overall condition. The packaging box was completely crushed though, and was not suitable for gifting in its condition. Also, only minimal usage instructions were provided on the box. This wasn't an issue for me as I already knew how to safely do tear duct massage. However, for new parents, it would be helpful to also include an insert with some sort of illustrations for reference.
