It tastes fine. It is zero sugar. It is a substitute so it may not taste exactly like honey. I am fine with that. It does taste like honey and is sugar free. I prefer this to to getting sugar in my blood.

My son and I are on a Keto diet for health reasons. We’re typically pretty good at just sticking a clean keto diet, but every blue moon, we miss honey and peanut butter. This is the honey substitute we always go for. It has the right texture and honey properties, but is not as sweet as honey is. It tastes similar to honey, but not dead on pure honey taste. But the best part is that it’s not going to cause explosive diarrhea as this has no malitol in it. Just google sugar free gummy bears before college test for the most hilarious essay of someone eating a few too much malitol created confectioneries. But this honey substitute is made with allulose and monk fruit, which people tolerate much better than the sugar alcohols.

It is unfortunate that the bottle is so small but this sugar free “honey” is perfect for recipes. I used it to make honey mustard dressing and it turned out great.
