What is the black circular tabbed rubber washer for? It is in a separate bag in the same package.

You use the washer only if the brush is hooked up to a flow through pole which attaches to your garden hose. If you attach the brush to a threaded pole like a broom handle you do not have to use the washer.

Can this brush be used to clean reglazed bathtubs? Thank you.

Yes, it does not have hard bristles. So it has multiple uses. I like it because it doesn’t scratch my car.

what pole can I buy that works with this? do you sell one?

I bought a 24 foot three section expandable pole at Home Depot so I can do the windows in the front of our house with the same pole and reach it easily

I need to wash my cedar fence to put on a second coat of stain. Will it clean well and without taking off the 1st coat?

If you’re scrubbing off dirt, I’m thinking this might to be too soft for what you’re trying to do. If the stain is fresh and you just want to clean it between coats, then I think it would work well. We use these for washing cars & trucks, great for that.
