Not sure the item is worth the price
But, the last pair I was given, did help my foot pains. This are way more expensive than I expected for just magnetcs, but the cheaper ones only had a few magnets and I wanted a solid magnetic for the whole sole.

I bought magnetic inserts years ago on amazon and they worked great. this is the 3rd pair i bought. one for me and my cousin. didn't work for me or her and my pair cracked so sent back for another pair and just don't work well. They also do not send any directions on which side is up or down or if its important - usually it is with magnetic products for health. Tried to contact company and no help. These were also more expensive. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT

Have had these before. Lost them and wanted another set. they help me with my balance. May have to get another pair for other shoes. They do help. Bill

Working on my heal spurs pretty well. Not gone, but I feel better at times thanks hope to get more

Snapped like frozen chocolate bars.
These things are so stiff they do not flex with shoe. Mine snapped in more than one place; only the cloth backing is holding them together and now broken sections climb on top of each other when putting the shoes on. Buy another type.

Unsatisfactory insole
Donot feel there is any magnet in it. It looks like and feels like a flat insole
