I've been using this for a few months now and have noticed my hair is softer and is not falling out as much as if I wasn't taking this. The last bottle I received is a lighter in color. I don't know if there's a missing ingredient or what. I guess I'll find out. I do take it straight. The taste is just fine...a little sweet so you don't have to mix it with anything.
