I've been a Klipsch fan for many years and yes, there are other great brands out there as well. However, my personal experience with Klipsch has been an excellent one not only for cost to value, but also aesthetics, consistency in quality, and the continued drive for perfection for those of us that not only love to listen to sound but actually have the insatiable desire to HEAR it as it is supposed to be heard. Klipsch, the "Keepers of the Sound" live up to their mantra and depending on your budget, you can always believe you'll get your monies worth. Our living room is our ecosystem, and we spend most of our time here so upgrading it is a never-ending project. We just upgraded from a previous, older, less expensive set of Klipsch floor standing speakers to these incredible RP-8000F II 2.0, and the difference went from very nice to outrageous in sound quality so much so, we actually find ourselves vegetating while our ears salivate for more and more. I know it's kinda weird because ears don't have salivary glands, but now it seems like they just might have grown them. At any rate, these are 400-watt max power speakers and our Denon is a AVR x2700H 7.2, 95watt/channel, and we're only running a 5.1.2 configuration and Klipsch speakers known for their efficiency are perfectly at home with the 95. Seriously, the louder the volume, the better, crisper and more detailed the sound with strikingly no to very low distortion throughout and prior to this upgrade, the previous sounds seemed like the analogy of walking into the kitchen and smelling the tasty stew as one conglomerate smell of all the ingredients, now it's like you can smell all the ingredients separately, or in other words all the instruments tantalizing your ears and brain neurons separately as they were meant to be. IMHO, these Klipsch RP-8000F II 2.0 really excel in the speaker category for, again, price to value meaning, sound quality, workmanship, aesthetics and efficiency. I give these speakers as I have all my other Klipsch speakers, 5 Stars all day long, which is about the amount of time I spend listening to them now.

I recently purchased the Klipsch RP-8000F II floor-standing speakers, primarily to enhance my surround sound home theater setup, and I couldn't be more pleased with my decision. I came across a glowing review by an audiophile on YouTube, and after seeing them on sale during Amazon's Black Friday deals, I decided to pull the trigger and get a set. Packaging and Build: The speakers arrived well-packaged in their manufacturer’s boxes and withstood the long shipping journey across the country without any issues. While they are very heavy and a bit tricky to remove from the box, the speakers were wrapped carefully to prevent any damage. The construction is top-notch. The cabinets have a black veneer finish that closely resembles a furniture-grade Walnut, which not only looks stylish but also blends seamlessly into my living room. The binding posts are solid and upgraded, with the option for bi-amping if you prefer that setup. Another cool feature is the ability to run a Dolby Atmos speaker cable at the bottom, with an additional contact point at the top for easy connection to the up-firing speakers (sold separately). The metal feet are a nice touch and offer stability, whether you have carpets or solid floors. Sound Quality: As for sound, these speakers are classic Klipsch. They truly live up to the brand’s reputation for delivering precise, detailed sound that can rattle your walls during intense movie scenes. Whether you’re watching action-packed films or listening to punchy rock, electronic, or live recordings, the RP-8000F II handles it all with ease. The sound is dynamic and crystal clear, with excellent bass response and a balanced midrange. They also shine in two-channel audio for music, providing an immersive listening experience. Final Thoughts: As a newcomer to Klipsch, I’m now a full-fledged fan of their sound. For the price point, the RP-8000F II speakers are incredibly hard to beat in terms of both build quality and performance. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and highly recommend these to anyone looking to elevate their home theater setup or audio experience. Whether you're a movie lover or a music enthusiast, these speakers are a fantastic choice.

in my opinion from all the speakers I've heard and tried these take the cake. I mean just wow after the break in period which was relatively short for klipch about 20 hours of playtime compared to the usual 50 but anyways they look so flawless next to the rest of my setup I know the subs are old but look at the size comparison😂 the original r-12sw from 2014 next to these they look like toys. the setup was super nice. the way they make the box is actually smart the speaker is the opposite of the picture so you open it at the top of the box and that's the bottom of the speaker so you can just flip it over and bam done. I think that's amazing considering the weight on these things. the delivery was almost flawless, it was a day later then it said it was gonna be but only 1 single mark on the box when they got here absolutely handled with care. value for money i can't say much I got them on a giant sale from 1500 all the way down to 950. even for 1500 I think they are worth it. the clarity is unmatched and it seems they somewhat resolved the ear peirceing highs bc when I turn it up it doesn't really hurt until it's supposed to. only had them for about 5 days now will come back when they are fully broke in with another update. EDIT.... man these things have enough bass in them pass as subs if they have the frequency range to do so and I've got them to read up to 120 decibels at 1ft with really good quality for being that loud these things are a concert and a half in your living room just amazing no complaints from me for these guys. and it doesn't take much to power them got a relatively cheap reciever running them like 100 watts a channel something like that and they thump and play loud. 11/10 rating

I bought 4 Klipsch R41M bookshelf speakers 2 years ago, and those were a significant upgrade from the ultra-budget Monoprice speakers I had for a decade or so. These, however, are in another league altogether. With my previous setup of Klipsch bookshelf speakers, a decent Klipsch center channel, and my old Monoprice sub, I thought it sounded decent, but I felt the mids were lacking and the bass struggled at higher volumes. These speakers balance out my system and provide a significantly larger soundstage without requiring me to crank the volume; I no longer feel the need for a better subwoofer. Music sounds so much clearer and fuller. I hooked them up about 5 hours ago, so they're still breaking in, but I can already hear a big difference from when I first fired them up. I've seen some reviews saying there is no bass, and I think I know why. While making adjustments in my AVR, I changed my L and R speakers from small to large. When they're set to small speakers, most of the lower frequency sound gets cut out. I still recommend getting a sub for the heavy lifting if you don't have one. Instead of upgrading the sub next, I'll be buying some Height speakers, and a new receiver so I can upgrade to a 5.1.4 system. Great speakers are one of those things you never knew you were missing until you hear them. I've already tested them with classic rock, hard rock, hip-hop, house music, and classical music. I also watched an action movie on Netflix. Everything I've thrown at them so far has sounded great. Shout out to the seller, Walts TV. They got it shipped same day, and I got them a day earlier than Amazon said I would.

Replaced 25-yr. old Cambridge Soundworks three-way tower speakers with these (same price but way back then). Lots of doubts going away from three-way towers to two-way but not a problem. These speakers deliver serious performance and unquestionably are an amazing value. Now I finally know what the term 'speaker resolution' means! It's like hearing tracks again for the first time. The detail is incredible. Volume is no joke either, you can hurt your ears with these speakers and I'm using a $600 Marantz surround receiver. It's fair to describe the sound as harsh at loud volume if you're not preferable to sound you typically get from loudspeakers at a live performance. I can also play these without a subwoofer. They deliver strong bass that my old towers couldn't come close to delivering. No worries on genre of music, they are quite versatile speakers. I played some heavy Metallica and Tool tracks. Live show sound quality is incredible. Other end of musical spectrum I listened to some legendary vocalists including Celine Dion and this is also where the resolution is appreciated. Maybe if you only listen to classical music these aren't the best choice because you'll largely be wasting the low-end capability. So, if you've been debating for way too long like me, I highly recommend these. Have fun!!!
