How do I find the right size?

Measure around your knee cap with your leg fully extended. Match to our size chart. For a tighter compression fit, size down one. When in doubt, size down.

Are these approved for powerlfiting competition?

Yes. Gymreapers 7MM knee sleeves are approved by IPF, IPL, USPA, and USAPL. They are also the official knee sleeves of USAW and Wodapalooza.

What workouts are these best for?

Heavy strength training - squats, deadlifts, leg press, lunges, and compound leg work. Built for powerlifters, bodybuilders, weightlifters, and CrossFit athletes.

How do I wash my knee sleeves?

Hand wash in warm water with mild detergent. Air dry flat. Never machine wash or put in the dryer - heat shrinks and damages the neoprene.

Will knee sleeves make my knees weaker over time?

No. These are a compression tool, not a brace. They support blood flow, stability, and recovery during training without creating dependency or reducing strength.
