The NEUTRIDERM brand's "Detox Facial Cleanser" is formulated for oily and acne-prone skin. It contains glycolic acid for exfoliation and sodium PCA for hydration. It comes in a thin and tall plastic bottle with a screw-off cap. It is a slightly thicker than water clear gel. A light foaming action that cleans well and rinses away freely in our soft water without leaving a sticky or greasy or dry feeling. The included moisturizing ingredients keep my skin feeling hydrated and less oily. The scent is fresh and seems to me to be of orange blossoms. It's a lovely scent that is not too powerful or lingering. Pros: Gently exfoliates dead skin cells with glycolic acid, which can help minimize pores and uneven texture. Hydrates the skin with sodium PCA to prevent dryness. Deep cleanses to remove impurities, pollutants, and excess oil. Suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin (according to the product description). Travel-friendly size (4 oz). All of the ingredients are posted on the product page in searchable format. Cruelty free / not tested on animals Cons: May cause irritation or redness, especially for sensitive skin. Contains added fragrance. A bit pricey. General: A product of Australia. No complaints about the performance of this face cleanser. It's a semi-thick clear gel that lathers well and does an excellent job of deep cleaning without leaving my face overly dry or tight feeling. It comes well packaged for transit, although it does have more packaging waste than I like to see (the bottle comes in a larger than necessary box that is wrapped in shrink wrap plastic). It is made in Australia. My main complaint is the scent. It's a pronounced floral scent that, to my nose, smells very artificial. It reminded me of a cheap air freshener style of floral scent instead of a more natural floral. The scent also lingers somewhat after use. It is pricey, but not out of range for a "premium" cleanser. Still, I'd rate the overall value as just average. One star down for the scent and overall value, but it does perform well as a cleanser.
