Excellent nicotine gum to help with cravings for cigarettes!
Nicorette 4mg gum is the absolute best gum I’ve purchased to help me with my road of being free from cigarettes. The fruit chill flavor is very refreshing. Currently, I’m using these along with the same brand patch. I’m following their abstinence program which comes in a little pamphlet in the box. The patch helps me throughout my day but the gum plays a major factor when my cravings hit me hard! Each piece is securely packaged. If you have a child, these are definitely child proof. The key to benefiting from the gum is you chew the piece until you feel a tingle of a taste and then you stick it between your gums. I find the best place is my upper gum & I push it into my gums. One piece lasts for me a good 45 minutes. If I begin to feel the taste go away I chew it again and more flavor comes out, which benefits me from one piece of gum for a longer period of time. I don’t use the nicotine patch at night due to vivid bad dreams I would experience. This gum is key for me when I lay down to go to sleep. If I wake up in the middle of the night within the nicotine craving, I put a piece of gum in my mouth. These work wonderfully! Two boxes with 100 pieces in each is a great value. I subscribe and save to this product, which allows me to save even more money. Two boxes will last me for a while. I highly recommend!

This is a really good nicotine gum.
Great tasting, and it has a nice chew to it. I love popping one "Fruit Chill" and one "White Ice Mint" into my mouth simultaneously for a great flavor combo.
