New to me
Never heard of the brand, or the dish but I love the gastronamy of different cultures especially indian/pakiI was not sure if this was a full meal, a sauce, seasoning (that you apply a little of), but I was under the impression it was a ready made sauce you just add to something. This actually comes as a powder that you add to liquid which creates the sauce, easy enough to accomplish. This is flavor packed and works well for me. I really enjoy this with a flavored rice and chicken (not included). I like it so much that I will be making it in the future even after I use my other bag, btut I will be doing so from scratch. This to not be a complete ready made meal is quite expensive as only a seasoning packet in my opinion. Is it worth it? Maybe if i were just using this sauce on rice and was not a meat eater.. but to have to buy the season, then make the sauce, and have to purchase and cook the protein i think its a bit much.

Tasty
I've been preparing these Indian simmer sauces in the crock pot with chicken and peppers and onions. Nice flavors! I added chicken broth for the liquid instead of water, plus a little cream cheese and sour cream. They taste authentic. Definitely on the mild side, which is what I prefer.

Delicious (Cumin Club Korma sauce - Rich and Creamy Authentic Indian Sauce)
Great flavor. Slightly more effort than the jars since this is a powder but still easy to use. This is just the sauce powder. You'll need to bring a protein and veggies to the party.Mild, even by korma standards.

Good tasting Indian Korma, but a little pricey for not being certified organic or anything
I’ve never made Korma at home before, we usually just use premade jarred Korma. After preparing this version, I can see a value in having a “just add water” mix on hand. The instructions are easy to follow & it cooks up quick & nice. The taste is good & being at only spice level 1, it’s easy on my sensitive stomach. The packets that I received are branded entirely different than in the pics, but appears to just be an outdated version. While I appreciate that there are no preservatives & fillers, I’m a little disheartened to see no mention of the ingredients being organic, non-GMO, etc. Since the ingredients are not listed in the product details, I had to go in blindly on this. The ingredients listed are as follows (with no organics mentioned anywhere): “Coconut Milk, Tomato, Cashew, Almond, Onion, Coconut Oil, Garlic, Ginger, Salk, Coriander Leaves, Green chili, Curry Leaves, Turmeric Powder , Star Anise, Cinnamon, Bay Leaf, Cardamom, Clove”.At the current price point of $17.99 for just 2 packets, I expect a fully certified USDA organic sauce mix, as the jarred versions that we typically get are much less expensive, more convenient & fully certified. Also, as the product details state that the country of origin is USA, I can confirm from the product label that this is indeed a product of India.

Easy to fix, tastes good
I like the taste and I like the ingredients. This is a base for us. I still add seasoning, cooked onions, coconut milk, and meat. This is great for when we are in a pinch and just want to have something warm, satisfying, and fast. I enjoyed it. I think the ingredients seem clean, all seem to be good quality stuff. Glad to try it.

Pretty Tasty
I would characterize this as a mild flavor, or perhaps Indian-lite as it doesnt have as rich or strong of a flavor as I generally associate with Indian cuisine. Good strong coconut flavor, not overly sweet which is good because I am not a big fan of sweet food. For protein, we used chicken. The powder did mix fairly easily, although it was tricky with the dessiccant packs because we were unaware there were 2 in the package and they fell into the mix as we couldn't see them prior to pouring it out.

Joining the Cumin Club is not as impressive as you might hope
It's not bad, but as someone that lives in the state of chile, it's far too mild.I might try it again if they had a much spicier one. After all, pain is a flavor, a flavor I require.
