Took this to treat itchy, flaky skin. Ended up with no flaky skin. Still have itchy skin. Switched to product with ceramides which is supposed to treat itchy and flaky skin. Too soon to know how well it works.

I tried this product and it made me dehydrated and had diarrhea, also lost my appetite for two days, I would not recommend!!
