Just what I wanted there good quality and hard to rupture

Theses casings work great and are easy to use. The only issue is they split open while cooking. This is not a huge problem if you are not putting your sausages in a magazine for show. I will buy again I am sure.

It's no fuss, ready to go out of the package, holds the meat nicely without tearing up, great width for sausage with consistent results from the 1st sausage to the last. This helped me big time in my first attempt at sausage making and gave me the courage to do more. Will definitely buy again. You should note that when the meat dries, the casing does not shrink with it. I remove casing before cooking the sausage anyway, so this was not at all an issue for me, however it does leadi to a kind of an odd look and air pockets.

Excellent and easy to use - perfect for large (bun-size) sausages. Just snip each link with sissors and they will hold together great during cooking - much easier than twisting.

We just ordered these this week and they arrived today. I am not sure if we misread the description but I think it said it was a two pack and one pk would stuff 21 lbs . We received one pack of casings and used almost the whole package filling 17 lbs of meat. Did we miss something in the description?
