Perfect for large areas
Best camera on the market. 4K and audio as well? Hooked up quickly with POE and nothing to do in the app. I need more of them.

A nice wide view
I’m use to using a GoPro, think wide lens, for long drives or screwing around taking time lapses and the lenses on this cam is pretty nice. I’d seriously consider your placement because the view is so wide that something you didn’t think would be in the way might be. I’m only listing that because I was surprised in a good way when the view popped up.I’m in the beginning phase of running cat6 all over for IP cams and I wanted to try this cam for the first location. I’m amazed with how wide a view this provides. It’s two 5mp cams and they’re nice but if it were higher megapixels I’d only need maybe 3-4 total to cover a huge area. That’s not a negative I just have a certain shaped property so your use may be different. It’s of course plug and play and works with a fusion NVR I bought a while back that came with four 8mp cams.I’ve turned off color night because I’ve always subscribed to cameras providing best night vision in black and white and that stands true for this cam. When I have a light on it still provides a nice color video in complete dark.Overall I believe once I have some more cables run I’d order one more of these.
