Requires USB header for Bluetooth

The BT requires an internal USB connection in addition to the PCIe slot. Check your MB to make sure you have an unused USB header. I made the mistake of assuming I had one, when my mobo only has a proprietary connection for the front panel ports. Wifi works flawlessly though.
