Hallelujah!!! I would give this spray 10 stars if I could. I've been surging for a quality hairspray that doesn't break off my hair and protects it with uv block and reduces humidity frizz and takes only a light misting. Well, Im here to tell You that I have found it. Its Magic. I will never go back to Sebastian or Kera that are expensive and don't measure up to this Joico spray. Thanks for a GREAT product.UPDATE. I've been using this hairspray for a while now, in hot, windy and humid NC weather and it held up so well. It remained lightweight but held hair in place. My hair brushes out easily without breakage. I will keep using this spray for ever.

Works great , love it holds my hair great

Gave a 3 purely because of the defective nozzle on this can. It sprays up, so the hole is misaligned.Will update if product support resolves this, passed the return window.Otherwise, a great extra hold spray. Hold my thin hair in place even in the wind. A tiny bit difficult to run fingers through it due to its hold. Lightly scented that dissipates quickly.This is my go-to spray. Just disappointed in the QC on this can.Will Update when manufacture contacts me, hopefully.

Best hairspray I have used. Both my mom and I have been using this for many years. Offers a good hold without being too stiff or crunchy. I highly recommend!

Love it, but expensive 🙃 Smells nice

This hairspray will hold your hair during a windstorm but the buildup on your hair is heavy.You will need to buy a shampoo to take the residue off your hair.Pretty expensive for hairspray.

Don't hesitate to purchase this product if you need a fast dry hairspray that holds without weighing down your hair! If you panicked when you discovered Redken discontinued their Quick Dry Hairspray, rejoice! This product is a fantastic replacement. I have baby fine hair and need a quick dry spray so I can shape my hair and lift it away from my scalp. I finally found a lightweight spray that works great! It is a little pricey, but so was Redken. I even bought the small 1.5 oz. travel size to carry when I travel and keep at work for hair emergencies.

It manages to perform the dark art of 'very strong' AND 'flexible' hold, in other words - it can be layered to freeze hold your style without the nasty shiny and crunchy look. I used to use Joico's 'spray adhesive' hairspray (now unfortunately discontinued) which also had similar qualities. Spray evenly from a distance and it dries almost on contact therefore not weighing down, altering or shifting your chosen style. It does however allow a few seconds to work in some detail and texture if your require it on shorter styles. The more hold you want the more layers you can apply. It will even hold more vertically challenging styles, vintage rolls, quiffs etc. if used in conjunction with a volumising/ prepping product like Tigi Bed Head 'Totally Baked' meringue. So glad I found this as I have spent a small fortune on other brands, (Tigi, Fudge etc) trying to find a replacement. This is the one! Aim, fire and enjoy the rest of your day. Hair drama over :0)

yes the can is small but expected if you look at the description ... being a Joico product I wanted to test it before buying full size because of the price ... best product for my grey curls as a root spray to let the curls fly with a natural look and no old lady hairspray smell
