I’ve been using this mini PC for a couple of months now, and initially, it was everything I hoped for—compact, efficient, and perfect for my everyday needs. But then, out of nowhere, I ran into a frustrating issue where it just wouldn’t boot up properly. I tried troubleshooting everything I could think of, but nothing worked. Feeling desperate, I hopped on Amazon today and reached out to the seller for help. To my surprise, they responded almost immediately and kindly asked me to send the unit back for diagnostics. No hassle, no endless back-and-forth—just straightforward support. Within a week, they had diagnosed the problem on their end and shipped me a brand-new replacement at no extra cost. The new one arrived quickly, and it’s working flawlessly, like nothing ever happened. This kind of customer service is rare these days, and it truly restored my faith in online sellers. Smooth experience straight out of the box. Perfect home office PC. The compact size is a game changer. Adequate ports for various peripherals. Can’t speak to gaming performance but great for heavy home office use.

Tiny, but powerful. Light, and easy to transport. Amazing so much is packed into such a small case. I purchased this for working remotely (Word, Excel), so I can't attest to its gaming capabilities. Easy to set up (like any new PC or laptop), and gets the job done. Service team was responsive to my questions.

After 6 months, I decided to write a review on this Mini PC. I love it. Plain and simple. It does everything that I need it to do with PLENTY of power. I have two monitors hooked up to it, a printer, mouse, microphone, OBSCam, ring light and other peripherals. I use it for gaming on lighter games, but it runs PZ , Rimworld, and smaller FPS games with ease and no lag. It is very durable, as I have traveled with it in my backpack and suitcase and it holds up VERY well. No issues at all. The graphics quality is exceptional for such a small machine. If you're looking for a starter machine for a kiddo, a secondary machine for extra work or gaming or just a replacement for a massive tower, this is it. Couldn't be happier.

It is a mediocre PC. my experience with it goes as follows... excellent start, 6 months in cpu fan starts making noises (bearing rattle) then eventually the fan stopped working and to not risk it... shut it down.. contact support though Amazon support... absolutely no reply. Amazon later two days later asks me to review the support.... Um. No support. I am savvy, a tinkerer and I purchased a replacement fan to repair this myself. Works but during some online gaming within a web browser this PC hard resets randomly. well, just over two years of use, the NVME is toast. It's a mediocre PC. pretty much sums it up. I have an option.. replace the NVME and maybe change out the fan (again) and get 2 more years out of it. we'll see.
