Love it haven’t felt a difference yet but so far so good

The taste is pretty good. The directions say to add it to your favorite drink; however, I just took it by the teaspoonful and chased it with some water.

Too small for the money spent. I'd rather get a 16oz. Of true seamoss brand for $25 instead of this 8oz for the same price. Taste is not bad

So after reading the title I will say when I had the strawberry, 2 tablespoons and then water . I was fine initially but a few moments later (in my SpongeBob voice) I had a "lick the ocean " taste for a few hours. I took 3 half of tuna sandwiches at different times to remove the taste from down in my jaw line. I have had the original green sea moss. This is way better ...hope this transparent review helps. I still want try mango pineapple
