I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PRODUCT. This supplement has helped my milk supply a ton. Because I exclusively pump it’s so important that my supply stays up. I like that there’s not much of a taste when taking it which is awesome because there’s many supplements that have a taste to them, but I’m glad this one doesn’t. I would recommend to this to any mom that’s breastfeeding/pumping. I have not experienced any side effects from this supplement either.

This is the first supplement I have used that has not had any negative effect on my baby and has increased my supply substantially. I wish I had found this with my first child, j definitely would have been able to breastfeed much longer. This is a game changer. I take it 1-2 a day now, started by taking it about 4 for a couple weeks and saw my supply increase by 3-6 ounces a day. This was a huge help when I transitioned to exclusively pumping due to reflux issues with my baby around 4 months post partum. I now store away up to 10 extra ounces a day and I still exclusively pump. The pills have no taste, easy to swallow. I am on my second bottle and will continue to use until I am ready to end by breastfeeding journey. Great quality and work great!

I love this supplement to support my breastfeeding journey. I haven’t started pumping yet, but do feel like they are effective & my supply has increased since taking it. Taste-free capsules are a plus & easy to use/take. No noticeable digestive effects. 4 stars instead of 5 due to the recommended serving size being 4 capsules, so one 60ct. bottle is only a 15 day supply (kinda pricey).

After a brief sickness, i noted a marked decline in my milk production, at just shy of 3 months postpartum. I am so thankful that a friend told me about this product. I noticed a difference after about 4 hours of taking my first capsule. I now take one capsule, twice daily and that has been enough to keep me very productive! I'm hoping that one bottle will be enough to keep things running smoothly. I did not notice any ill effects.

It helpt me when I try to get more milk supply in the beginning of my lactation journey. Then it gets less effective when my milk supply is stable. I am still taking it just for a peace of mind. However, my most recent purchase is a disappointment. The outer package is still sealed but the bottle package is opened and damaged. Could be somebody's return products.

Breastfeeding moms, GO BUY THESE RIGHT NOW! They really do work to increase your supply, and they did not affect my baby at all. Some supplements contain ingredients that increase your supply but can cause gas in your baby-- these ones do not! It take a few days of regularly taking them to notice a change in your supply and you do need to stay consistent. But I definitely notice a difference when taking these. They were recommended to me by my professional Lactation Consultant so I trust the brand.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Instead of increasing my milk supply this product decreased my milk supply drastically. THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK, don’t waste your money on it. They also won’t let me return it because I used it already. I had to use it to try it but I bought the 3 pack (thinking it would work) and I have two I haven’t opened. So disappointing.
