Comfortable and a little more roomy than Depend or Always Medium. Great value for the money. When a relative was in skilled care they used these and she was happy, she continued at home so we bot some, they came very fast and were extremely well packaged in a heavy duty box. Very happy.

Mom has tried other brands, some were stiff, some we're causing a tender area on her bum and some did not offer the protection she needed. We have these a try and she loves them!! They offer softness, and the lighter weight as well as the protection she needs. I highly recommend theses to anyone who needs protective undergarments.

I liked that they are comfortable in the stretch of the leg, the length is perfect for me as it goes over my hips and with enough stretch to fit very comfortably over my ileostomy pouch without interfering with the pouch and flange at all. I have been using the ones given to me at hospital, they were sized for a giant but were fine. These are great for me. Tena has so many different sizes and types. I can't speak to the absorbency but the first ones I used would hold a quart I think, very thick pad. Tena products are wonderful and comfortable. Thank you Tena

This is one of the best products for protective underwear on the market. Unfortunately, not may medical suppliers will add this protective underwear to the inventory. Goes to money over common sense.

The four stars is for the absorbency. The fit maybe one or two. It's hard to get over my butt.

I finally found a product that works! I am a caregiver for my father-in-law who has dementia. I was getting tired of changing the sheets on his bed every morning. I tried different brands of adult diapers, but they all leaked, soaking the bed and his pajamas. These Tena Brand have done the trick. They hold a lot of urine, no leaking through legs or the back. It is much easier for me now. I just have to change his diaper in the morning. I also noticed these diapers help control urine odor, too. I highly recommend.

$85 for 16 Tena underwear is not worth it. That's an outrageous price. Never again!!!
