I’d say this is a great starter matcha. I can always make pretty drinks with it! I’d say the caffeine part doesn’t really affect me but it always depends on your caffeine intake. The matcha lasts pretty long and the ingredients are good. Blends well w milk and water!

Excellent flavor and very smooth
I love this tea! So much better than the stuff sold in tea bags. The flavor is intense and I like to use just 1/2 teaspoon mixed with fresh-brewed green tea. It's a refreshing pick-me-up later in the day that doesn't give me caffeine overload.

Matcha Tea was a rare indulgence that has become a daily ritual. The warmth, the flavor, the ease of using speaks to the freshness of the tea powder. The strength is just right and consistent from package to package and the caffeine content is enough to make me perk up a bit without giving me the jitters or experiencing a caffeine crash later on in the day.
