Really delicious!

Better than Takeout - For so many reasons. So you can have an eating out experience at home.
Mandy has produced a lovely hardcover recipe book with well thought out design and use of the technology of QR codes to create links to video of her creating the dish. She provides helpfull little tips (ingredient or instruction) throughout the book. She has included at the beginning a detailed description of most of the Chinese Seasoning; Spices; Fresh Produce; Dried, Cured, and Preserved; Soy Products; Starch & Flour; Noodles and Wrapper; Rice and Oil products used in the recipies with pictures. So that people can recognise the product with information on what people should look for in a Seasoning etc with some recommendations. The recipies are what I would think most western people will enjoy (with some eastern ones just to tempt you), love to be able to produce at home and master. She uses readily available ingredients with concise measurements (for those OCD cooks). The instructions are laid out with lots of pictures along the way for those who don't want to watch the videos. The quality of the hardcover book is exceptional, I am actually thinking of buying two of my sisters a copy for next Christmas. I watch her youtube videos eagerly when she uploads them up and look forward to her next recipe book - though she needs to give me some time to work through the first book. Thanks Mandy Timothy I had to get another copy - I gave my original to one of my sisters.

Staggeringly good book.
This has to be THE BOOK OF CHINESE COOKING. in my opinion nothing comes close. I’ve spent many years going to China and my wife comes from Shanghai I know Chinese culture and cooking. This book is amazing, it changes the rules on cook books. She is teaching you how to create the recipes you enjoy from restaurants. Every recipe is laid out in amazing detail particularly the construction of the sauces. But the thing that makes this book so good is there is a QR code for each recipe which means you can watch Mandy in a video actually cooking the recipe. That is the game changer. She also has sections on Chinese/asian supermarkets and what to buy. Again backed up with a video tour. I really can’t recommend this book enough. I have followed her cooking on u tube and she has always impressed and inspired me. I am just a customer who bought this book via amazon. It’s expensive but I can assure you it’s worth every penny.

Amazing Cookbook.
This Book is So Amazing! It is so well written and organized. Every detail in order, great instructions and a picture of every recipe. There are so many recipes. This book is so good I bought 2 more for each of my daughters. The beginning of book details each and every Chinese utensil or appliance that they use and also details every spice and condiment that you will ever need. This is definitely the Only Chinese cookbook you will ever need! You don’t need to look no more this is definitely the Best!!!

Authentische Chinesische Küche die Spass macht
Wer es ernst meint mit der Chinesischen Küche findet hier ein toll gemachtes Kompendium mit den unterschiedlichsten Rezepten. Diese Sind wirklich authentisch und nicht vergleichbar mit dem was in Deutschland in Asiatisches oder Chinesisches Kochen bezeichnet wird. Ich bin beruflich viel in Südostasien und habe diesbezüglich einen gewissen Anspruch entwickelt. Die Verfasserin kennt man aus Social Media - aber ein gedrucktes Buch ist beim kochen einfach unschlagbar.
