I purchased this brand because I wanted something organic for my mom and this was the best brand by far! It’s leak proof and holds a lot and they comfortable, not itchy, fits snug and comfortable where she does not fuss with it. I brought the pull up which was much easier for me to put on her. It’s a great buy so go ahead and purchase one!

Very good product. Fits great, coverage is almost like a diaper it's all the way up front for males which is the most important. The top sheet which is what touches you when wearing is very soft and smooth. It is thin overall and has dual leak guards. I recommend this product and the diaper they make. Very breathable, you don't have to peel it off of yourself after wearing.

These are very soft and kind of thick all around. They are pretty wide in the groin area. It is tapered, but on me the tapering is more towards the middle of my body, or groin area. I'd like the tapering to be a bit higher. I try to pull them forward, but they eventually slip back. There are some stitching and seams width and length wise. I do the obligatory fluff and fold, which seems to help between the legs. The fold seemed to still create channels length wise. But the fold does not seem to help and the seams make some bunching of the padding and are annoying (why do manufacturers put those in?). As a result I did get a little uncomfortable squeeze from them until it got wet and filled out the padding (thanks gravity). You definitely feel the bulk between the legs when you are standing. Waist is 38", so I could of fit in medium, but I got large. The back is pretty standard thickness and width. Update: These do last about three hours during the day. The one important thing is that they do not chaff. I was able to do my morning 20 minutes on the treadmill without any irritation. It did rub a lot, but no irritation. They also do not stick to your skin, another important feature. However, they do not contain the smell too well. With the tapering between the legs, they are kind of difficult to tell when they are about to leak (there is less padding so you don't get any indication it's time to change--maybe I will develop better sense down there that it needs to be changed compared to others where you can feel the wetness on your hunches).

Overall pull-ups are comfortable, however though they don’t hold up they’re not very observant and did I mention to that they allow pee to sweat through them and also I leaked all of my bed last night. I’m very dissatisfied. This product will never buy again.

This product is the best purchase I have made all year. I am a large woman who has Chirrosis of the liver and have been put on many medications to keep my fluid down and from causing peritonitis infections. I have never been able to find a product that I could rely on till now. I have searched high and low. I no longer have to buy the overnight pads to wear with my pull-ups, ( combined they still wouldn’t keep from leaking when worn). I do not have all the bulkiness , always feeling uncomfortable in public, Yes it is very bulky making it noticeable through pants, which leaves me feeling self conscious . I have become a recluse and refuse to go out in public, the VIVO product has made my life more at ease now. I have no intention of leaving this company, and will be forever happy . My mom really likes these. She is allergic to synthetic materials and these do not break her out. They also keep urine from escaping so no messes. Best pullups she's used, and she's tried several brands.

My mom is incontinent of bladder and bowels. We put these briefs on her when she wakes up and they provide protection for 7-8 hours during the day. No accidents=no leaking and no clothes ruined. They’re soft but durable. I searched through many briefs and I’m so glad I found these. The fact they’re on subscription gives me peace of mind that we will not run out. I highly recommend.
