Very tasty raw, organic pistachios. I use them in a spicy nut mix cooked at a low temperature that tastes great on salads.

I love this brand of pistachios. We order 2 pounds at a time and eat our way through the bag in the matter of a couple of weeks. Having bought the item many, many times, I have never encountered a rotten nut (which can happen in bags of nuts). On very rare occasions you may encounter a small piece of shell; however, overall these are great-tasting, crunchy, pistachios.

I get these every few months and they are always fresh and tasty Update: I purchased this product before and it was tasty. This time the taste is terrible but feels like the pistachios are covered in gasoline. Toxic. Not eatable
