Still getting used to it, but as I like a deep-tissue massage I can deal with the painful higher settings, although some experimentation is required. It will definitely save money in the long term by reducing the need for the sports massages that I normally have. Unfortunately, you cannot remain seated on it for long after a massage as it is uncomfortable, and it's a bit unwieldy having to remove it to continue working in the same chair. However, a spare chair if you have the space would solve this. You do need a firm cushion to elevate yourself to make the lower back massage more effective so that it reaches low enough. I will probably get their neck massager to extend the areas I can treat at home.

Good to use it after long and stressful day

It is easy to use

After 2 days of use these are my initial findings. Quality - looks good, material is nice. Setting options - Offers 2D shiatsu, 3D shiatsu, rolling, spot, vibration and heat. Intensity of shiatsu can be adjusted low or high on remote as well as by using the extra cover they include. Pressure - If you're someone who is looking for a bit of pressure to really hit those spots, the only way I was able to achieve it is using 3D option. With 2D is just ok but it is closer to a pat down feel. 3D does a decent job of applying pressure. Rolling feels kind of useless and barely noticeable when it reaches certain parts of the back. As it rolls down to lower back you start to feel it but then it dissapoints when starts going back up and it doesnt reach too high (on my stopping at shoulder) A very important aspect is also the chair you put this on will make a difference in what you feel and how strong. So be sure to try it on different chairs Heat - not noticable and doesn't really heat up quickly. You do feel it slightly after a while , 2 cycles later until I realized there is some heat Issues - when In 2d mode there's a weird noise like sand getting grinded or plastic rubbing ... it's just concerning because it doesn't sound like it should be there. In 3D i notice the balls kind of jump a little like they want to go off track but then it's ok. So overall initial impressions is im satisfied for now but only time will tell. I bought this to replace another brand cushion that the ball ripped right through the fabric on (on 3 different replacements) . In reading many reviews on many massage products, it appears this is common and they haven't figured out a solution. Will update if any major issues come up. But for price I would just get it and you may be pleasantly surprised .
