How many cans do I need to spray under my 21 inch acrylic tub?

you have not provided enough information to answer the question. Clarify the size of the area you want to place this foam. Do you plan to just fill the area under the bottom of the tub or completely around the total under side of the tub - bottom and side walls? Example for bottom of tub: 20 inches wide x 60 inches long x 4 inches high. Given these dimensions there is plenty of material to fill that area. If you plan to go around the sidewalls - you will need a few more cans which you can buy at a hardware store.
