I received and set up the "UPERFECT 17.3'' 4K Portable Monitor QLED, 600 Nits 150% sRGB UHD FreeSync HDR 2 Speakers Eye Care Travel Monitor, 2 Fully Functional Type-C Port & HDMI for Laptop PC Phone, VESA & Stand". It's a very nice display. Bright and crisp as I had hoped, on par with the MacBook display. No issues with viewing angles on this model, so those reviews must be for other models. I can run it 8/10 brightness using one of my MacBook USB-C Thunderbolt 5 ports without the dedicated power cable and it's plenty bright. I do like it even better at full brightness, so it's a tough decision. Will probably use the dedicated power at home and leave it behind when traveling. I can confirm it does not come with any case or padded sleeve.

The screen itself look great! Very sharp, true 4k, easy to set up, light. Love that you can use it with just a usb c if you don't need it to be too bright, it helps with the connectivity. I did have a problem with it, it would turn off after a while of using it, and it would get too hot. The support team was amazing, quick replies, very nice, understanding and accommodating. Helped me figure out what was wrong with the display, it seemed to be a faulty unit and the support rep was nice enough to offer a replacement or refund. I opted for the refund and got another uperfect portable monitor. looking forward to it!

A great panel. Has a built-in stand but no free carrying case. Dimensions: 15.5" x 9.6". It's too tall to fit comfortably in a compact commuter style backpack. Built-in stand: UPerfect has this feature on a few of their designs and it makes using the screen much easier to use than the magnetic cover that comes with many portable screens. Were it not for this feature, I'd probably opt for a cheaper brand. Physical UI: Buttons are hidden behind a recessed part of the back panel that's revealed when extending the stand arm Colors: At default settings, the image is very warm. Preset color settings a extreme balances of color that were absolutely useless. This forces you into annoying adjustments to custom user colors to get something neutral. The settings that worked well for me: Red 47, Green 46, Blue 51. Image quality: Excellent, and on par with my desktop monitor. May be marginally better than what I was comparing it to (a Newsoul 4k 16", ASIN B0F99S27MZ), but one would have to really inspect closely to notice a difference. Portable panels are all quite good these days. Brightness: Reviews mention that the monitor requires external power when we brightness settings of 8/10 or above, but I never use this past level 3. It's plenty for indoor use. Case: There's no case, which is an added expense. The ARZOPA 16.1" (B0CFQW6T57) fits this 17.3" model perfectly.
