I’m 52 with post-menopausal, mature, dry skin, and azelaic acid is one of those ingredients I approach carefully because it can sometimes be drying or irritating. This serum has been an excellent surprise and has quickly earned a place in my routine. The texture is lightweight and smooth, not gritty or heavy, and it absorbs easily without leaving any residue. Thanks to the added hyaluronic acid, my skin stays comfortable and hydrated instead of tight, which is huge for post-menopausal skin. I’ve noticed a calming effect almost immediately — redness looks more balanced and my skin tone appears more even without any stinging or sensitivity. What I really appreciate is how gentle yet effective this feels. It layers beautifully with the rest of my skincare and works well under moisturizer and makeup without pilling. I can use it consistently without worrying about dryness or irritation, which hasn’t always been my experience with azelaic acid products. Overall, this is a beautifully formulated serum that delivers soothing, redness-reducing benefits while still being kind to dry, mature skin. Day three and I’m loving it. My skin is soft and my rosacea bumps are gone. I still have some redness but no painful, burning skin. Trust the good reviews if you are on the fence. Even prescription medicine didn’t clear my rosacea skin. Instead it barely or didn’t work at all, and left my skin dry. Now I just need to keep looking for the perfect moisturizer. Btw I have used another brand of azelaic acid bought here and it didn’t not work as well or softened my skin. It dried my skin out.

Really loving this. Been using it for 1-2 months and didn’t want to review until I had ample time to see how my skin handled it. My skin is very sensitive to breakouts and this has been AWESOME! Hydrating, calms redness and great for hormonal acne (yay perimenopause 🤣). Super effective and a great value all around. The hype is real with this one!

Definitely helps eliminate redness. Leaves a little burn on fresh acne. It’s smooth and not oily, moisturizing. Applied too often led to worse acne so I had to find the right amount for my skin. My skin glows and the quality has improved so much!

Most azelaic acid serums I’ve tried have been super drying, but this one from Anua feels really nice on the skin. The texture is more of a watery serum — lightweight and smooth — and it sinks in quickly without feeling heavy or sticky. It’s not as hydrating as a true hydrating serum or pure hyaluronic acid, but for an azelaic acid product, it’s honestly amazing. It helps a lot with my redness and post-breakout irritation, and it seems to calm my skin overall. I also love that it plays well with other skincare ‐ no pilling, no weird reactions, and it layers nicely under moisturizer or sunscreen. Just don’t go overboard with it ‐ if you use too much, it can turn a little white when you rub it in. You really only need a few drops (I use about 3–4 for my whole face). Overall, this is one of the few azelaic acid serums that actually feels comfortable to use and gives visible soothing results.

I'm so glad this product doesn't contain glycerin, which is perfect for my sensitive skin. It really helps calm my skin and prevents breakouts, leaving it feeling smooth. If you have sensitive skin like me, I highly recommend giving this a try. just apply it before your other products.

I've been struggling with rosacea for years. I started using this Friday and it has already vastly improved my skin. I'm shocked and so happy that I'm almost emotional. This has been such a long battle and to find something that works is indescribable. I saw a random video suggesting to try it and I will never turn back. I plan on checking out their other products. It will also last a long time. You only need like 2 drops for each use. There is no smell and the texture feels like water. You don't feel it once it dries either. I did follow guidance and am easing myself into using it which has been hard because I can't wait to see what else it can do. I cannot rave enough about this product

The really had effect, it reduces your skin ideation/redness in a few days (up to 7 days), and is pretty worth it! Good quality!

Absolument génial. Fait des miracles avec les rougeurs et l’acné. Ma fille adolescente a pu cesser les crèmes prescrites pour l’acnée par un médecin qui rendaient sa peau rouge et irritée. Elle l’utilise matin et soir avec une crème hydratante et sa peau n’a pas été aussi belle depuis plusieurs années
