WORTH THE HEAT
HOTSHOT WORKS ! First my disclaimer..... I love things like Hot Wings. Why do I mention this? Because when reading reviews the big complaint is hot/spicy. Sorry I can't help you with that. Ok now, I put mine in the fridge. It goes down kind of sweet at first, then you get the hot as kind of an after taste. So just do it! I would get terrible cramps for years. Eat bananas... ppphhhtt Drink more water, yes this can be a minor factor. But keep in mind you will get up multiple times in the night. HOTSHOT gets the job done! I have certain activities that seem to trigger my cramps. I thought I would give HOTSHOT a try. Glad I did. In my case I take it an hour or two before bed. This is primarily cause I have acid reflux, so I give HOTSHOT a little time to get into my system. Granted, the price point is a bit high considering ingredients. So here is a sales/marketing possibility for someone. But this product works. I will order again.

The taste is just ok but it works well.

Bitter taste
Beware of the taste, lol. I was going through a period of muscle cramps and used them once. Bitter taste. Not sure if it did the job or if I ran to the sink, stretching my calf to spit it out.
