Terrific switch for our purposes.
The switch arrived on time, as promised. We have a few of these at various clients. The switch does a great job and Zyxel tech support is always helpful.

Very durable. Good value
This is a great switch. It'll last the time many years. I haven't seen one go out yet and I've purchased 12 of them over 10 years

Solid switch.
I haven't had much time to dive into the intricate inner bits of this switch; but I've been using it for a couple weeks and just yesterday integrated my first PoE devices and it's working flawlessly. I'd actually bought it after having read that OpenWRT recently began supporting this device so I intend on eventually flashing it so to gain uniformity from the top down.

Great choice for SOHO and Home users. Reliable and fairly quiet.
Great switch for the money, easy setup and friendly GUI interface. A lot of LVL2 functionality for advanced users. Great choice for SOHO and Home users.

Worked when plugged in - Nothing needed adjustment
Replaced an existing 24 Port switch with POE ports that had a fan failure. I removed the existing product, put this in its placed. Plugged in all the cables and all computers on the network worked normally. This switch has programmable features by logging into it. It is a managed switch if you need it to be. I did not need to make any changes. This unit has POE ports which I do use a few for cameras. Another reason for buying is that is a "heavy duty" unit. My router and switches are in service 24/7. For me the Zyxel was a "plug and Play" device. I run a home office but I have multiple computers and printers and use 16 of the 24 ports. I've repaired the previous switch and will use it as a spare.
