We installed this on our 5th wheel trailer in 2013. Have not had any issues. This valve was recommended on an RV forum to prevent sewage leakage when removing the sewer cap off of the dump pipe. I had some concerns that this would fall off during travel but so far no issues. The original sewer cap just fell apart but this valve is still doing its job.
