I purchased this bottle of b12 because I had blood work done that said my b12 levels were very low. I started taking this (just one whole dropper a day) and my levels are now normal. So it works, gives me great energy, and tastes great.

I really liked these. They are high potency at 10000 mg . I find I have more energy and sustained energy when taking these. They are so easy to take. I put under my tongue and let dissolve for best results. I do bite it a little first to help it dissolve faster. They are tiny so that helps. The high amounts of B12 and other B vitamins make this very effective and an outstanding value.

I have to supplement B12 because I've been deficient in the past due to a genetic issue with absorbing it properly from my intestines, so I'm always looking for a good supplement version. This one's got all the right numbers for me, and adds some bonus D3 and calcium (though I do already supplement them, there's not enough in here to create an overdose situation, so it's fine) as well as the folate I really should be supplementing since one of the medications I take makes me use more folate than normal. And OMG the flavor, it's like a daily spoonful of mixed-berry pancake syrup in a dropper format--I absolutely look forward to this every morning! That's good, because I need to hold it in my mouth as long as I can to absorb as much through the mucous membranes as possible--thereby circumventing the limited absorption by my GI tract. My most recent labs have my numbers up in the top part of the normal range for B12, so apparently this is working well for me.
