I would like to see more flexible delivery options like rescheduling especially since the delivery window is so broad. Was also very hard to remove from packaging because it was so tight which risks damage but otherwise my bear is incredible and a great memory of someone I admired a lot. Would like to see more affordable options, rechargable recorder and more affordable options but incredible overall

I love my bear with my mother's voice on it.

A fraction of the cost of brand names and I’m pleasantly surprised how it all came together. My custom shirt and paw stitch job look great. The recorder was easy to use. Definitely recommend.

It is as was expected

I loved the bear. The hoodie & bear are good quality. Everybody loved it. My grandson became very emotional when I presented the teddy bear at his birthday dinner tonite. The bear was a memorial to his grandfather who passed in Nov ‘22. He was in the hospital at the time & called him to wish him happy birthday. I’m glad I captured this memorial video of my hubby’s last days. Sadly, he passed a week later. I rated the bear 4 stars only because the voice recorder I paid for was not included. I was very disappointed. Otherwise, it’s a great way to memorialize special moments.
