This machine works great. I run it during showers and it keeps the mirror fog free. We run it more often in the summer and it keeps the room it’s in much more comfortable. It has a display showing the room temp as well as the humidity of the room. It is easy to clean, very quiet, and since it is small, it is easy to move around. Very happy with this purchase.

We purchased to keep the humidity down in the area our return air vent is. It works great! Easy to use, easy to clean and dump the water. Noise Level is zero and has an auto shut off.

What people should know: 1)You cannot set a RH target. IE: if you want to set it to maintain a 50,60,65% (for. Grow tent) this will not work. 2) it cycles on and off. And “maintains” a “general” rh level. 3) it does work, it does pull moisture out of a room, or a tent. 4) it produces minimal heat so for a 2x4 tent, with exhaust fan on full and good circulation (at least (2) 6” fans, no noticeable heat increase. 5) Water tank capacity and water draw ability is perfect for a 2x4x7 tent. Anything bigger like a 4x4 tent would struggle. Is it managing what I need it for do? Yes. The air purifier is a plus especially if you have animals or dirty kids, lol. Is it necessary for a grow tent? No, but an added benefit. Overall, it’s copacetic. I wanted something that pulled moisture out and something that didn’t break the bank. 5 star rating would be if it could maintain RH levels and Bluetooth/wifi enabled.

The product works in that I see water accumulating in the tray, but I have been running it for two days straight and it has been at or around 80% relative humidity the entire time. It's helpful in that it removes humidity, but it doesn't lower the humidity in the room, so it's essentially ineffective.

I’m really disappointed with this dehumidifier. I’ve owned several others before and purchased this one specifically for my bedroom, but it just doesn’t perform the way I expected. My previous dehumidifier was larger and more expensive, but it would pull enough moisture to fill a tank twenty times this size within 12 hours in the same room. I assumed this smaller unit would still be effective for a single bedroom, but after running it continuously for 24 hours, the tank was barely 1/100 full. On the positive side, it is compact, attractive, and very quiet, which I appreciate. It does technically pull some water from the air, but nowhere near what I had hoped for—especially considering the positive reviews I read beforehand. That said, customer service reached out to me right away to help rectify the situation, and I truly appreciated their quick response and willingness to assist.
